These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Padaly application, website and related services.

1. Purpose

Padaly is a scorekeeping aid for padel matches. It does not replace official tournament rules, an umpire or the players’ responsibility to confirm the score.

2. Acceptable use

You may use Padaly only lawfully and may not misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

3. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, updated or withdrawn.

4. Match results

Players remain responsible for confirming points, games, sets and final results. Padaly is not liable for match disputes or tournament decisions arising from an incorrect score.

5. Intellectual property

The Padaly name, logo, software, content and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Padaly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
