Data Requests

This page explains how users can request access to, correction of or deletion of information related to Padaly.

Local app information

When scores are stored only on your device, they can be removed in the app, by clearing the app data or by uninstalling Padaly.

Submit a request

Email privacy@padaly.be and state that your request concerns Padaly. Describe whether you want access, correction or deletion.

Verification

We may request limited information needed to verify that the request relates to you.

No account or server data

If Padaly does not use accounts and does not transmit personal information, we may have no server-side data that can be linked to you. We will explain this in our response.
